Alden Woodrow



Alden Woodrow leads product development for self driving trucks at Uber's Advanced Technologies Group in San Francisco. Uber's truck team was previously known as Otto, and in 2016 completed the first commercial haul with an autonomous vehicle, carrying a trailer of Budweiser from Colorado Springs to Ft. Collins. Previously, Alden led product management of a flying wind turbine at Google, and spent a decade as an economic and environmental consultant on projects ranging from climate change policy to dog house manufacturing. Alden is a graduate of Middlebury College, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business with a focus on new product development.
