Bob Denaro is a private consultant in Intelligent Transportation Systems technology and strategy.
He was formerly Vice President of Nokia Location and Commerce (NAVTEQ) where he led the worldwide development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), applying digital maps to ADAS active safety and energy efficiency applications.
Previously, Bob was Vice President of Motorola where he launched and grew their Telematics business after running their Global Positioning System business.
Earlier he spent 15 years at Trimble Navigation and other Silicon Valley companies involved with GPS, Telematics, navigation and fleet management.
He began his career as an officer in the United States Air Force, with his last assignment in research and development at the GPS Joint Program Office.
